Membership unlocks WELL v2™ certification for LMG’s London HQ, expands service offering to customers and sets the stage for a “Works with WELL™” SenseIQ dashboard
LMG, the smart-building technology partner transforming commercial real estate through digital, sustainable and human-centric solutions, today announced it has joined the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) membership programme at the Keystone tier.
The move places LMG among a global community driving health and well-being across more than 5 billion ft² (465 million m²) of space in 130 countries.

A stronger landlord/tenant service bundle
The IWBI membership underpins LMG’s offering as an end-to-end digital infrastructure and services provider for commercial landlords and occupiers, combining master-systems integration and post-occupancy support to deliver measurable ESG outcomes.
Leveraging its own WELL journey, LMG will offer turnkey WELL v2 certification services and support to help customers meet growing investor and regulatory focus on indoor environmental quality.
SenseIQ to pursue “Works with WELL™” validation
To give customers continuous 24/7 remote insight between formal audits, LMG will submit its SenseIQ real-time building-performance platform for Works with WELL™ validation. Once approved, SenseIQ will provide an interactive dashboard that maps live building data to WELL thresholds, offering landlords and occupants an at-a-glance portfolio-wide view of WELL performance.
Looking ahead
Beyond its Keystone status, LMG is progressing SenseIQ’s “Works with WELL™” application and exploring participation as a WELL RISE sponsor, amplifying its role in scaling WELL solutions across global portfolios.
