We’re Celebrating a growing show of support for our Hard Hats & Open Minds Charity Walk.

With the walk just weeks away (15 September), we’re delighted to recognise the organisations getting involved – from our sponsors Genetec, Mayflex and Networks Centre, to the many businesses supporting the walk and joining us on the day.

We’re walking to help secure the future talent construction needs – attracting more women and inspiring girls to see construction as a career, building workplaces where women can succeed, and championing strong male allyship and visible leadership.

It’s also about providing positive role models and rewarding career pathways for young men, demonstrating the values we want future generations to see, and playing our part in the wider effort to end violence against women and girls.
